1. Our agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern MailTrum’s website, customer portal and hosted email services. MailTrum is a product of Deepchain Labs, based in Bangladesh. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, and our Return and Refund Policy explains payment-related requests.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it and administer the resources you manage. Contact contact@mailtrum.com if you have questions before using the service.
2. The service and your account
MailTrum provides custom-domain email, mailbox and alias management, supported email-client connections, webmail access and workspace billing. Available features, quotas and prices are described in the selected plan, checkout and your account. Existing legacy plans may have different allowances.
Keep your account information accurate, protect your account and mailbox credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for the people you authorize to use your mailboxes and for maintaining access to your account email address.
MailTrum is delivered online; no physical product is shipped. Purchased mailbox capacity becomes available after payment confirmation. Sending and receiving email also require successful domain verification, the correct DNS records and mailbox provisioning. If payment is confirmed but the purchased service is not available, contact us with your invoice or transaction reference so we can investigate.
3. Domains, messages and responsibilities
You must own or have permission to use each domain and provide the DNS records needed for email delivery. You remain responsible for domain registration, DNS changes, the accuracy of your configuration, and any migration from another provider.
You retain your rights in your messages, attachments and other content. You authorize us to store, transmit and process that content as needed to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to send, receive and manage it, and for keeping independent copies of information important to your business.
4. Responsible use
Use MailTrum lawfully and respect the rights of others. You must not use it for unsolicited bulk email, phishing, impersonation, malware, fraud, unlawful content, unauthorized access or attempts to disrupt the service or evade quotas and abuse protections.
You must not use domains or addresses you are not authorized to control, interfere with other customers, or resell access in a way that conceals responsibility for misuse. We may apply sending limits, block harmful traffic and investigate suspected abuse. The service is intended for business email; a mailbox subscription does not grant unrestricted bulk-sending capacity.
5. Mailbox quantities and storage
On per-mailbox plans, charges are based on purchased mailbox capacity, including capacity that you have not yet assigned to an address. Each mailbox includes 5 GB of storage, measured as 5,000,000,000 bytes. Storage is allocated per mailbox and is not transferable between those mailboxes.
Adding mailbox capacity produces a prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing period. Additional capacity becomes available after payment confirmation. The current renewal date remains unchanged. Review the quantity, charge and effective date shown before confirming a change.
A quantity reduction takes effect at the end of the current paid period. If assigned mailboxes must be removed from renewal, you must identify them in the billing flow; the selected mailboxes and their email data will be permanently deleted at that period’s end after your explicit confirmation. This deletion cannot be restored. Deleting an address does not by itself reduce purchased capacity. Manage your quantity in Billing to change future charges.
6. Prices and payments
Prices depend on your purchased mailbox quantity and monthly or yearly term. The applicable price, currency, billing period, taxes and total are shown in the quote or checkout before confirmation. Your invoice and subscription record identify the purchase. Existing subscriptions may have previously agreed prices or allowances.
Where SSLCommerz is offered at checkout, it processes the payment using the methods available for that transaction. A payment is confirmed only after verification by the payment provider; a browser redirect or a debit notification alone does not confirm that MailTrum has received a successful payment.
If your account was debited but the order remains pending or failed, contact us with the transaction reference before making a second payment. Never send us your card security code, account PIN or one-time payment code. A saved payment reference does not, by itself, authorize a future charge.
We will display any change to a future subscription price before you confirm the affected purchase or renewal. A price change does not alter a term that has already been paid for.
7. Cancellation and resumption
You can stop future renewal through Billing. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with access continuing during that coverage unless another reason requires suspension. Cancelling future renewal does not automatically refund previous charges, delete mailbox data or reduce capacity in a separate subscription.
Your account shows the current coverage end date and available renewal options. Continuing service requires confirmed payment for the next term. Automatic collection applies only if it is separately offered and you authorize it; these Terms alone do not authorize recurring debits.
Resumption is subject to the options and eligibility shown in your account. Expired service may require a new payment before access can be restored. Export information you need while the mailbox is accessible and contact us if you need help with cancellation or restoration.
8. Refunds and payment disputes
Refunds are available only for verified duplicate or incorrect charges, or paid service that MailTrum cannot provide, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Our Return and Refund Policy explains these grounds, how to request a refund, how SSLCommerz refunds are handled and the processing timeline. Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions.
Contact contact@mailtrum.com about a duplicate, incorrect or disputed charge, with your account email and invoice or transaction reference. You can also contact your bank or payment provider using its dispute process. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies available under applicable law.
9. Availability and support
Email delivery depends on DNS, internet connectivity, recipient systems and spam filtering as well as MailTrum’s services. Delivery times and acceptance by a recipient’s mail provider cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, failures and security protections may temporarily interrupt access.
Unless we separately agree a service level in writing, these Terms do not promise a particular uptime, response time or backup restoration period. Submit support requests through Contact Us or contact@mailtrum.com. The contact form confirms receipt for processing; it does not promise an immediate response.
10. Suspension, termination and data
We may restrict or suspend service for expired coverage, payment failures, abuse, unauthorized access, a material breach of these Terms, or legal and security requirements. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the reason and the steps needed to resolve it. Urgent threats or legal restrictions may require action without advance notice.
Subscription cancellation or expiry alone does not erase existing email. Explicitly confirmed mailbox reductions permanently delete selected mailboxes at the scheduled term boundary; immediate mailbox deletion is also available as a separate operation, and you can contact us to arrange account or domain-data deletion. Retained administrative, security and payment records are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not rely on suspended service as permanent storage or as a guaranteed recovery facility.
11. Service rights and liability
MailTrum’s branding, website and software remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms give you permission to use the service within your subscription and authorized access; they do not transfer ownership of the platform.
We will provide the service with reasonable care. Your responsibilities include protecting credentials, managing authorized access, configuring domains and preserving important information. Responsibility for a loss is determined by these Terms and applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes, questions and disputes
We may update these Terms as the service develops or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated through the website or an appropriate account notice before they take effect.
Please contact contact@mailtrum.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. Mandatory legal protections and any complaint or dispute-resolution rights available under applicable law remain in effect.
